A wonderful 3 bed semi-detached bungalow nestled within the heart of Goonhavern village, just 2 miles from the famous surfing beach of Perranporth. Perfect for that family holiday on the North Cornish coast. The property comfortably sleeps 6 people in a King, Twin & bunk bedrooms with plenty of space to relax and enjoy inside and out.

Dune Haven has been in our family for over 25 yrs and we pride ourselves on providing you with a clean, comfortable and well equipped family friendly holiday home that will give you the perfect base to enjoy all of what Cornwall has to offer. The property was built in the early 1960’s in the old mining village of Goonhavern (Cornish “Gun Havrak” meaning “Summer Pasture Downs”).

Facilities at a glance

The local pub “The New Inn” is just a short walk from the property and has been at the heart of the community since 1841, boasting excellent food and local ales with a relaxing beer garden and play area for the kids. Also within a short distance there is the Londis village shop with a great stock of every day supplies and directly opposite is a lovely park with a children’s playground.

Just down the road is The Goonhavern Garden Centre, with a great fresh fruit & veg shop and “Refill Store” on site plus The Bay Tree Café selling homemade yummy cakes, coffees and a varied menu inc Sunday Roasts.

Dune Haven is perfectly located to enjoy our wonderful county from glorious beaches and countryside walks to the best in restaurants and tourist attractions.
